About the game
In Crafting the Cosmos, you step into the role of a cosmic architect, tasked with building the galaxy, piece by piece – or rather, star by star! The game invites you to bend the very laws of the universe, like manipulating gravity or time, to activate power cards that give you that extra edge. And how about nudging evolution along and creating advanced life forms that yield precious end-game points?

Each round is divided into individual turns, followed by a final phase where everyone collaborates (or competes!) to close the cycle. On your turn, things work in two stages: energy and craft. First, you move your energy tokens around the main board, activating controls to gather resources. Think of it as fueling your cosmic rocket! Once you've collected resources from the active space and all the passive ones, it's time to spend them in the craft phase. This is where the magic happens: you can place stars (hydrogen, helium, carbon, oxygen), primitive life forms, or even nebulae, in any order you choose. Want to use energy cards to get power cards that boost your creation? Go for it! Want to focus on completing universal goals that everyone is eyeing? Dive in! It's a game that blends resource management with the thrill of building something grand, all with a touch of strategy and unique powers for each player.
