What you do in a play session

In "Crop Rotation: Bug Plague," you step into the shoes of a farmer trying your luck with corn, beans, and soybeans. The goal is to harvest more than your rivals by completing the patterns on objective cards. But watch out, your opponents might try to hinder you and harvest before you do! Each round brings unexpected events that can help you plant more, trade crops, or even sabotage others' fields. This version includes the "Bug Plague" expansion, which adds an action rondel. With it, you can choose between risking luck with dice or using the rondel to secure specific events, adding a strategic layer and reducing the base game's randomness. The major twist in the expansion is the arrival of a swarm of hungry locusts threatening to destroy the entire farm! When the locusts appear, the game shifts from competitive to cooperative. Now, everyone must join forces to complete objectives before the insects devour the crops and drive the farmers to bankruptcy. Get ready for a race against time and pests, where collaboration is key to your harvest's survival!
