You can repeat this action as many times as you wish, until you decide to pass. Afterward, you trade the dice that summed to 10 for milk tile(s) of equivalent value. If you fail to roll a sum of 10, your turn ends immediately, but don't worry: you get a snow token as compensation. These tokens are super useful, as they can be used later to flip milk tiles, earning extra points or activating special abilities. The game continues until the stack of milk tiles is depleted.
