About the game
What you do in a play session
In DCeased: A Zombicide Game, the heroes you love return, but with a horror twist and zombie hordes that will make your pulse race. The Anti‑Life virus, a techno‑organic pathogen, has spread through the planet’s digital networks, disintegrated the Justice League, and unleashed chaos. To save the world, you and your team of uninfected superheroes must unite against zombie hordes and confront the villains who have turned into “Zombicide”. Each session unfolds on a modular board that changes with every mission, offering new exploration paths, encounters, and combat strategies. The game is cooperative, so communication and planning are essential: you must coordinate attacks, protect allies, and use each hero’s unique powers to overcome challenges. Dice‑rolling mechanics add tension to each action, while variable player powers ensure every game is unique – a great fit when the story adapts to campaign progress. The goal is simple yet tough: complete mission objectives, eliminate enemies, and rescue civilians while gaining experience to become stronger. But beware: the stronger you get, the more zombies appear. The game lasts about 60 minutes, supports 1 to 6 players, and delivers an intense experience that blends action, strategy, and comic‑book humor. If you enjoy comic‑book lore, epic zombie combat, and testing teamwork, DCeased: A Zombicide Game is the right pick for you.
