Hey there! Woke up in the middle of nowhere, with a splitting headache and no clue how you got there? Yeah, that's the vibe of Discover: Lands Unknown. Right off the bat, you and 2 to 4 friends find yourselves stranded in some seriously wild territory, and the number one priority is survival. You'll need to scrounge for water, food, and tools, or this whole adventure ends quickly. But here's the twist: it's not just about you. The question is, will you help out the other folks in the same predicament, or will you look out for yourself at any cost? The game throws you into this moral crossroads. And the craziest part? Every single copy of Discover is a unique experience worldwide! Thanks to a clever algorithm, the combination of maps, storylines, characters, items, and even enemies is totally different in each box. No more playing with the same setup every time. Oh, and heads up: FFG (Fantasy Flight Games) even released optional rules to make it a 100% cooperative experience, in case you prefer to avoid conflict among the survivors. It's a game with one foot in adventure and another in exploration, where the board changes and everyone has their special abilities. The only caveat is that, depending on the scenario, player elimination might occur, so stay sharp!
