About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready for a unique dog show in Dog Tag Trick! Here, the competition is fierce to see which furry friend will shine brightest in the arena. The goal is straightforward: accumulate points by winning tricks, which are called 'events' in this game. Each player receives a hand of cards, and each round, one player leads, playing up to two cards. If the leader plays two cards, other players can try to follow the same combination type to compete in the main event. Alternatively, you can play just one card and try your luck in the secondary event. Winning the main event earns you more points (3 for 1st, 1 for 2nd), while the secondary event rewards only the 1st place with 1 point. The winner of each trick becomes the leader of the next, keeping the action flowing. The game has a special twist in the final trick of the round, where the winner of the main event gets an extra 5 points, adding that final thrill. The game ends after a number of rounds equal to the number of players, and whoever has the most points on the scoreboard is crowned the dog show champion! It's a fast-paced game with easy-to-grasp rules, perfect for those who enjoy a good trick-taking game with a light and fun theme.
