About the game
Ever wondered what happens when two worlds collide? Duel of Meloch is exactly that: an insane crossover that pits Scythe and Expeditions against each other in a frantic 45-minute head-to-head clash. The premise is brilliant and simple: if you know one of these games and your friend knows the other, you're already set for battle. One player uses the Scythe rules and components (featuring a new faction and player mat), while the other operates under the logic of Expeditions (with a new mech, character, and companion).

Forget the massive maps; here, the action unfolds on a tight, tense board with only 10 locations and 2 lakes. It's a race to be the first to claim 4 stars on the new Triumph Track. But don't think it'll be a walk in the park: the devious Meloch is watching, and every time you score a star, he gives a small boost to your opponent, keeping the tension high until the very last second.

Compatibility is the star of the show. If you already own Scythe factions or Expeditions mechs, most of them work perfectly in the duel. Furthermore, Duel of Meloch expands your original games: it adds new Factory and encounter cards to Scythe, along with a completely new set of 60 combat cards, and 30 new discovery cards (items and meteorites) for Expeditions fans. It's the perfect blend of economy, fighting, and science fiction in a compact and lethal format.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need both Scythe and Expeditions to play?
Not necessarily both, but you and your opponent need to know the rules of one of them for the dynamic to work, as each player uses a different system.
How long does a game take?
It's quite fast for these systems, lasting about 45 minutes.
Can I use my old components?
Yes! Most Scythe factions and player mats, as well as Expeditions mechs and characters, are compatible.
Is the game complex?
If you already know one of the two systems, the learning curve is low. If you're new to both, you'll have to learn two different mechanics simultaneously.
Is it good for competitive gamers?
Absolutely. It's a direct duel focused on who reaches 4 stars first, with high interaction.
