About the game

What you do in a play session

Dungeon Heroes is an asymmetric game where one player controls four brave heroes (warrior, wizard, cleric and rogue) while the other takes the Dungeon Lord role, building traps and unleashing monsters. The board forms gradually as the Lord places tiles to create a deadly maze. After 9 rounds, monsters go berserk and attack - time to run or fight! Heroes must find three treasures before the dungeon swallows them, using special abilities, revealing hidden areas and, of course, surviving ambushes. Quick gameplay (30min), perfect for dungeon crawler fans who don't have 4 hours to spare. The Lord side is all about cunning: you'll love watching your friends squirm in your traps.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers before you buy

5 questions
Can you play solo?
Yes! There are specific rules for playing alone, controlling heroes against an 'automatic' dungeon.
Which side is harder?
The Dungeon Lord requires more cunning, but heroes need teamwork. Overall, it's well balanced.
Is it luck-heavy?
There are dice and random elements, but strategy weighs more. A good Lord almost always beats beginners, regardless of luck.
Do you need a board?
Nope, the game comes with hexagonal tiles that form the map during play. Each game is a different maze!
Worth it if I own other dungeon crawlers?
If you want something quick (30min) and focused on 1v1 duels, absolutely. For long sessions or big groups, maybe not.
