About the game
Raxxon is a cooperative card game for 1-4 players, set in the Dead of Winter universe during the early days of the zombie apocalypse. You play as specialists working for Raxxon, trying to evacuate healthy citizens from a crowd where the infected lurk. The game blends strategy, memory, and a bit of luck, as citizen cards start face-down, and you must figure out who to save and who to leave behind. Each specialist has unique abilities, like killing an entire row of citizens or quarantining an area, but every action has consequences that might worsen the situation. The narrative choices from Raxxon cards add a layer of tension, as seemingly good decisions can empower the corporation and lead to defeat. The game is challenging but rewarding for fans of cooperative games with a touch of horror and moral dilemmas.
