About the game

What you do in a play session

Imagine you were in full treasure-hunter mode, but things went south, and now you're trapped at the bottom of a sinister dungeon. The plan? Simple: climb up! In Dungeon Up, you must ascend through 12 rooms to reach the surface, but the path is far from easy. To escape and, more importantly, leave with the most fame (and points) possible, you'll need to build your own route, collecting weapons, potions, gems, and treasures while fighting monsters along the way.

The gameplay revolves around strategic choices: do you use your turn to grab a new room from the market to expand your path, or do you decide to face a boss once your equipment is ready? Rooms can be connected in different ways, letting you choose between fighting monsters for rewards or entering through paths that grant potions and gems. Potions are essential for making boss fights easier or even stealing treasures from your rivals. Gems are used to activate your hero's special abilities, while treasures provide final victory points and extra equipment.

If you prefer the lone hero experience, the solo mode is a separate challenge. In this mode, you face final bosses with strict requirements, dealing with a limited deck and tight hand management—every card played requires discarding another. It's a game of risk management and optimization, where every decision can be the difference between glory and defeat. Being a Print & Play, it's the perfect game for those who want to test the experience quickly without waiting for international shipping.
