About the game
What you do in a play session
In Eschaton, you’re not just a cultist — you’re the *leader* of the Dark One’s favorite doom cult. The world’s ending, and only one group of fanatics will survive the carnage. Your goal? Recruit the most powerful cultists (via deck-building), dominate territories on the map, and earn Favor Points through dark magic, treachery, and bloodshed. Each Cultist card has unique abilities: bruisers for battlefield control, weirdos wielding arcane spells, and influencers who help you recruit more followers. The game blends area control strategy with progressive deck customization, all wrapped in a backstabbing 'who’s-the-biggest-villain' vibe. Pro tip: trust no one — even your closest ally might stab you in the back for the Dark One’s favor.
