About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready to get rich (or not!) in Filthy Rich, a 1998 game that throws you into the business world with a touch of luck. The idea is simple: you launch your "billboards" (cards) into a special binder, using protector pages as your board. Each round, dice are rolled, and if the number matches your billboard, you earn cash! This income can be used to buy "luxuries," which are your ticket to victory. The first player to collect three of these fancy items wins the game. But beware, because the empire you build attracts unwanted attention: taxes! A "tax phase" can pop up at any moment, and if you don't have the cash to pay, you'll have to liquidate your assets. To spice things up, there are action cards and events that can change the course of the game. Filthy Rich is that kind of light and fun game, perfect for those who like to take risks and watch their fortune grow (or shrink!) with the help of dice and a bit of strategy.
