Objective of the Game

In **Final Girl**, you're caught in a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase with a killer who has two identities: **Dr. Jekyll** and **Mr. Hyde**. Your goal? Outsmart the killer and either **kill Mr. Hyde** or **save Dr. Jekyll** by giving him the **White Potion**. It’s a game of strategy, suspense, and a little bit of madness!

Preparation (Setup)

1. Place the **Identity Card** next to the **Killer Board** with **Dr. Jekyll** faceup.
2. Shuffle the **Potion Cards** to create the **Potion Deck**, facedown.
3. Pick **Compounds A, B, C** and shuffle them with 9 random items. If including the **Final Girl’s Item**, pick 8 items and distribute the 12 items as usual. Set aside the **White Potion Item Card**.
4. Place the **Investigate Action Card** on the table.
5. Follow the standard setup procedure for the rest of the game.

The Turn of Play

Each player takes turns performing actions. **Dr. Jekyll** can **convince** victims, **lure** them, and **transform** into **Mr. Hyde** under certain conditions. **Mr. Hyde** kills victims, placing **Havoc Tokens** on his Identity Card, and transforms when there are 3 or more tokens. Players can use **Terror Cards** and **Items** to influence the game, with effects varying based on the killer’s identity.

End of the Game and Scoring

The game ends when a player completes one of the objectives: **kill Mr. Hyde** or **save Dr. Jekyll** by giving him the **White Potion**. No final scoring is needed; the game is won by achieving one of these objectives.

Tips to Win

• Focus on Compounds: Collect **Compounds A, B, C** to obtain the **White Potion** and force a transformation, preventing **Mr. Hyde** from changing form again.
• Use the Investigate Action: Utilize the **Investigate Action Card** to peek at the **Item Deck** on your space, helping you plan your strategy.
• Leverage Terror Cards: Pay attention to the killer’s identity when resolving **Terror Cards** to maximize their effects.
