Hey there, horror fan! Ever dreamt of being the last survivor in a slasher movie? Final Girl plunges you headfirst into this classic trope, casting you as the heroine who must find a way to eliminate the villain to escape with her life. It's an exclusively solo game, so get ready to face your fears with no one to help (or hinder!) you.
To start the carnage (or the escape!), you'll need the Core Box and at least one 'Feature Film' box. Each of these boxes introduces a unique killer and an iconic location, like those movie sets we all love. The more 'Feature Films' you own, the more insane killer and location combinations you can create, ensuring that every game is a unique and tense experience.
If you're familiar with Hostage Negotiator, you'll notice some similarities, but Final Girl ups the ante with a real game board to track your movements and locations. You choose your protagonist, each with her own abilities, and the killer who will hunt you down. Both the villains and the locations have their own specific terror cards, which are shuffled together to create an unpredictable event deck. Get ready to manage your hand of cards, roll dice, and, of course, push your luck if you want any chance against these monsters! It's a constant challenge of picking up and delivering items, moving strategically, and using your variable powers to survive. A true interactive horror movie on your table!
