About the game
What you do in a play session
You know that adorable little creature everyone wants to squeeze? Well, in Flying Spit, that cuteness is your biggest nightmare! The premise is hilarious: explorers brought a charming alpaca from a mysterious new world to the royal court, but the crowd's enthusiasm became too much for the poor animal. The result? It decided to fight back the only way an alpaca knows how: spitting at everyone! The goal here is to survive the chaos and avoid being the next target of a saliva blast. This is a frantic survival race where 2 to 7 players try to stay in the game while managing the volatile temperament of this creature.
The gameplay revolves around managing your spit tokens and trying not to lose your cool. On each turn, you play an Alpaca Card and deal with the immediate consequences. There are Number Cards, which change the central counter, and Action Cards, which shake up the board and how cards behave. The real danger strikes when the number reaches 100 or more, triggering a 'Spit Spray' that forces the active player to take spit tokens. But don't be fooled; danger can come from unexpected places: if your number token matches the digits of the current number, you get a Spit Warning and extra tokens. Each character has its own tolerance limit (the Spit Threshold) and a special ability that might save you or make things worse. If you hit the threshold once, your card flips to Side B; hit it again, and you're out! The game continues until only one survivor remains in the court, ready to be declared the winner of this furry, messy chaos.
