About the game

What you do in a play session

Fujiyama is a light strategy game where you build Japan's sacred mountain season by season while competing to attract the most valuable wildlife. Over 9 quick rounds, you and up to 4 friends place tiles on the board, trying to form color and pattern sets for points. The twist? The tiles you use come from your neighbors — each round, you receive two tiles (one from each side), choose one to play, and pass the other along. If an opponent uses your donated tile instead of their other neighbor's, you score a cute animal token! This is where it gets sneaky: helping others might benefit you, but is it worth risking that perfect tile you wanted to keep? With simple set collection and tile placement mechanics, Fujiyama is perfect for fans of indirect interaction and quick decisions with a dash of forced cooperation.
