About the game
Ever needed a game to break the ice or just to trigger a fit of uncontrollable laughter during a heavy board game night? Well, Funky Chicken is exactly that! If you've enjoyed the frantic Happy Salmon, get ready, because the energy level just went up. Forget waiting for your turn; in Funky Chicken, the chaos is constant and everyone plays at once. The theme is as absurd as it is fun: you'll be commanding a disco chicken, rocking cool shades and plenty of attitude, in a race to discard your cards. The goal is simple: everyone simultaneously shouts dance moves—like 'Bump', 'Swing', 'Spin', or the 'Funky Chicken' itself. When you and another player shout the same command, a match is made, you perform the dance move together, and discard your card. It's a game of reflexes, shouting, and a lot of coordination (or lack thereof, which is the best part!). The first player to empty their hand wins. It works perfectly as a standalone quickie or mixed with other party games as a perfect breather between heavy strategy sessions. It's fast, it's loud, and it guarantees no one stays seated. If you want something that doesn't require deep strategy but demands rhythm and fun, this chicken is ready for the dance floor!
