Each module brings unique components: more building tiles, prestige tiles that have no cards, green tiles that give bonuses when used in urbanization actions, events that shift the game flow, and the option to keep a card during the choice phase. Experts arrive at the start as character cards, and if you use the events module, they determine which events you can play.
