About the game

What you do in a play session

In *Goetia: Nine Kings of Solomon*, you play as an occultist trying to summon and make pacts with the nine demonic kings from the legendary *Lemegeton Clavicula Salomonis*. The game blends worker placement, resource management, and a dash of dark strategy. Each match starts with a unique modular board where you place followers to gather resources — the later you act, the cheaper it is to recruit new workers, but the best actions might already be taken! The goal? Gain the demons' attention, summon them, and ultimately worship them to earn special powers and victory points. But beware: demonic pacts come at a cost, and the game can end abruptly if someone makes four pacts. With asymmetric mechanics, variable powers, and a thick atmosphere, *Goetia* is perfect for fans of thematic games with strategic depth and a touch of the occult.
