Gravwell: Escape from the 9th Dimension

Get ready for an interdimensional adventure in Gravwell! You and your crew have been sucked through a black hole and are now trapped in a bizarre dimension, with your ship out of fuel and the way home littered with frozen space debris. The mission? Collect the necessary elements from nearby asteroids, use the crazy gravity of this place, and reach the Warp Gate before it's too late. But beware: in this dimension, ships move towards the nearest object – and that object is usually another player! Planning your moves is crucial, but unpredictability is the rule. Each round begins with a fuel card draft, where you pick pairs of cards but only see one of each. You get an idea of what others might do, but your own actions will be determined by the alphabetical order of simultaneously played cards. It's a dance of anticipation and surprise, where an 'Emergency Stop' can save your day (but only once per round!). Whoever reaches the gate first wins. If no one escapes after six rounds, the player closest to the gate wins. Gravwell is a fast-paced game with simple pick-up-and-play rules, but it offers strategic depth and a lot of fun for those who enjoy a challenge of planning and adaptation.
