About the game
What you do in a play session
Prepare for takeoff with Grow Sky, a game where you not only manage your fleet of airships but also build their engines! The goal is to become the master of the skies by flying and upgrading your ship. Each round kicks off with rolling and drafting dice, which dictate your airship's actions. You can choose to fly to gather resources and medals, invest in developing your ship for more effective future actions, or simply go on standby to collect more resources. Each action has its own flair: from fitting polyomino pieces into your engine room for optimal space (think aerial Tetris!) to using an upgradable rondel to plot your flight path. The competition heats up with missions: some reward only the first to complete them, while others award points based on completion order. These might require specific resources or unique engine room configurations. The game ends when someone accumulates 15+ medals or fills up their engine room. After that, a final round determines who will be the ultimate sky champion with the most medals. It's a game that blends dice-based luck with strategic planning, perfect for those who enjoy building game engines and seeing their gears turn more efficiently. With options for up to 4 players and a solo mode, Grow Sky offers a dynamic and thematic experience, ideal for those who like a good dose of strategy with a touch of airborne adventure.
