About the game
Grab your wand and straighten your tie, because the school year at Hogwarts has officially begun! In Harry Potter: House Cup Competition, you aren't just a student; you are the mastermind behind your House's glory. The goal is simple yet demanding: accumulate the most points to bring the House Cup home to your common room. To achieve this, you'll deploy iconic characters—like Harry, Draco, Cedric, or Cho Chang—to various locations across the castle.

The game features a very dynamic worker placement mechanic. You'll manage three student assistants who act as your 'workers.' These students must be sent to essential classes such as Defense Against the Dark Arts, Potions, or Charms. The more knowledge they acquire, the more complex challenges they'll be ready to tackle, earning valuable points. But don't think it's all just studying! The open drafting system and the strategic struggle for turn order mean you'll need to keep a close eye on your opponents' moves. If someone snatches that Potions class you desperately needed, you'll have to pivot your strategy to stay in the race!

This is a race against time and your rivals from other houses. With every round, the Hogwarts board becomes a battlefield of knowledge and tactical decisions. Will your Gryffindor house dominate the school year, or will Slytherin outsmart everyone? Featuring an intuitive scoring system that lets you track each house's progress in real-time, the tension builds with every turn. It's the perfect game for those who want to soak up the Hogwarts atmosphere without a massive rulebook, while still enjoying enough strategic depth for a serious competition. Grab your books, prep your cauldrons, and may the brightest house win!
