About the game

What you do in a play session

Get ready for some serious laughs (and maybe a few winces!) with Horrible Therapist, a card game that turns therapy sessions into pure, chaotic fun. The concept is straightforward: one player presents a prompt, and everyone else competes to complete the sentence with the most absurd and hilarious answer card. It's all about creating the craziest comic strip about the couch, aiming to shock and amuse. Each round, a new 'therapist' (or rather, judge) decides which prompt and answer combination takes the crown. This is the kind of game that delivers hilarious and, yes, somewhat dark moments, perfect for livening up any gathering with friends who aren't afraid of a bit of edgy humor. With super easy-to-grasp rules, Horrible Therapist is ideal for groups that enjoy fast-paced games full of laughter and a touch of controversy. It truly shines when everyone gets into the spirit and isn't afraid to get bold with their answers, ensuring each game is a new adventure into the wacky world of therapy. If you enjoy games that provoke hearty laughter and break the ice, this one's for you!
