Hey board game enthusiasts! Ready to dive into the world of business and logistics in Indonesia? In 'Indonesia', you and your friends (2 to 5 players) will transform into tycoons, building an economic empire from scratch. The game challenges you to establish production companies, cultivating rice, spices, manufacturing microwaveable meals, extracting rubber, and oil. But producing isn't enough, right? You also need shipping companies to deliver these fresh goods to the booming cities across Java. And the more cities receive, the more they grow and the more they demand! It's a vicious cycle... or a virtuous one, depending on your perspective and your wallet. Each delivery earns you cash, but beware: you need to pay shipping companies for the distance traveled, and sometimes, profit turns into loss if you don't calculate carefully. Keep an eye on the competition, because company mergers are a reality. You can even 'steal' lucrative plantations or shipping routes from your opponents by buying them out! And of course, research is key: invest in advantages like greater shipping capacity or the ability to merge companies to stay ahead. Your money is hidden, so no one knows how rich you are until the end of the third era. Oh, and timing is everything: money from the last round of operations counts double! New eras bring more cities, companies, and product types, ensuring each game is a new adventure. The player with the most money in their pocket at the end of the third era takes the victory!
