You know that special touch that turns a game of Keyflower into something more strategic? That's exactly what 'Emporium & Monument' delivers. This is a highly focused mini-expansion, originally released in Spielbox magazine, adding two new village tiles to the board: the Emporium and the Monument. We aren't talking about a massive rulebook of new mechanics, but rather new end-game scoring opportunities that change how you view your workers and resources.
The Emporium is the perfect choice for those who enjoy diversifying their workforce. If you can assemble sets consisting of one green worker and two others of any color (including green), each trio earns you 3 precious points at the end of the game. On the other hand, the Monument focuses on material wealth. Here, the goal is to collect one gold resource and two of any other type (including gold), granting 4 points per set.
These two new tiles inject an extra layer of 'Set Collection' into the game, forcing players to decide whether it's worth bidding for these buildings or sticking to their usual strategies. It's the kind of content that doesn't alter the game's essence but adds that extra spice for those who have already mastered the base game and want new ways to optimize their score. If you already own Keyflower and want to expand your village's possibilities with more varied end-game goals, these tiles are the ideal addition.

Do I need the base game to use this?
Yes, absolutely! This is an expansion, so you need the original Keyflower to play.
Does it make the game more complex?
Not really. It just adds new ways to score points at the end without changing the core rules.
How many players can enjoy this?
The expansion works with the same player count as the base game, from 2 to 6 players.
What's included in the box?
Basically the two new village tiles (Emporium and Monument) and the explanation of how they score.
Is it worth it for beginners?
I recommend mastering the base game first. Once you're comfortable, these tiles are great for varying your strategy.
