About the game
What you do in a play session
In 12th century Japan, after the Gempei War, you seek a life of peace, but the ruling families need your skills to restore honor. In Kodachi, you take on the role of a ninja skilled in stealing treasures. To do this, you face guards in two ways: with strength, playing cards with numbers higher than theirs, or with stealth, using cards with lower numbers. Each stolen treasure can be used to generate rumors, bribe envoys, or improve your skills. Additionally, by playing envoys, you gain clan tokens. The game ends when the last token is collected, and the player with the most points wins. Kodachi is a card game that blends strategy, hand management, and a touch of luck, all wrapped in an engaging ninja theme.
