About the game
Get ready for a dose of bluffing and pure tension with LIE, a microgame from the Pack O' Game series that fits in your pocket and your schedule! Here, each card in your hand is a secret die, and the art of lying is your greatest weapon. The goal? To be the last player standing, guessing how many cards (dice) other players have in common or, perhaps, accusing them of telling a fib.

The game begins with each player receiving five cards and the mission to choose which value will be used for betting or accusing. Each round, one player starts the bidding dance, setting the tone for the dispute. You can bet on how many dice of a certain value you think are spread among everyone, or you can simply shout "LIE!" to challenge the previous bid. The loser of the round, alas, returns with one less card in hand for the next contest, and thus the elimination narrows the game until only one master of bluff remains.

What makes LIE special? The strategic choice of which cards to use each round, the hidden information you keep about the dice you *didn't* play, and the dynamic that changes as the first player dictates the direction of the bids. With quick 20-minute games for 2 to 6 players, it's perfect for warming up game night or taking on that last-minute trip. It's a simple game to learn, but it requires a good dose of cunning and opponent reading.
