Each district card is worth points, with bonuses if it matches your syndicate’s 'favorite racket.' The strategy lies in knowing when to claim new areas, block opponents, or hold cards for future plays. When someone runs out of syndicate cards, it’s scoring time: whoever has the most influence in the districts takes the points and control of the city.
