About the game
What you do in a play session
Get your appetite ready, because Omakase: Sushi Card Game is taking you straight into a kaiten-zushi restaurant! You know that conveyor belt system where sushi plates glide by and you have to decide quickly what to grab before someone else does? That's exactly the vibe of this game. The goal is simple but requires a keen eye: you need to assemble the most valuable meal at the table, collecting cards that range from basic Tofu Skin to luxurious Fatty Tuna or assorted Sashimi. But don't think it's just about picking what looks tasty! The game features a sharp competitive edge with action cards that will keep everyone on their toes. Want to play it smart? Use the Chopsticks to sneak a card from a friend. Prefer a trade? Sake makes it happen. Want to boost your best dish? Shoyu is your best friend. But watch out, because it's not all smooth sailing: too much Wasabi can make you skip a turn, and then there's the dreaded Ginger, which is completely worthless and, unfortunately for whoever grabs it, surprisingly hard to get rid of. It's a dynamic, fast-paced game full of twists and turns, perfect for a quick session between meals. With a duration of up to 40 minutes and direct interaction mechanics, Omakase is the kind of game you start relaxed and end laughing (or complaining) about whoever stole your favorite salmon. It's ideal for those who enjoy fast card games with engaging themes and that touch of chaos we all love in social gatherings.
