In Pelican Cove, originally known as Uluru, we are transported to mystical Australia, where, at sunset, eight dreambirds gather around the sacred Uluru rock. For the magic to be complete, each bird needs to land in a specific location, meeting certain conditions. The problem is they haven't coordinated their wishes, and that's where you come in! Your mission is to solve this puzzle, positioning the birds so that as many wishes as possible are granted. But be warned: time is short! A sand timer marks the pace, simulating the sunset, and you need to be quick with your decisions. Players face this challenge individually and simultaneously. After time runs out, everyone checks their solutions. Each unfulfilled wish results in a penalty point, and the game unfolds over several 'sunsets'. The grand winner is whoever accumulates the fewest penalty points by the end of the game. The game is super versatile, with different difficulty levels, making it ideal for playing with children or challenging more experienced gamers. And if you want even more complexity, Pelican Cove can be combined with the 'Neuer Tumult am Ayers Rock' expansion for new variants and combinations.
