About the game

What you do in a play session

Peloponnesian War is a solitaire wargame where you command both sides of the conflict that destroyed ancient Greece. Unlike most solo games where you face a 'bot', here the challenge is you vs yourself - when one side starts winning, you switch to the losing side to turn the tide. A true Greek tragedy in game form! Command hoplites, naval fleets and generals while surviving from 431 BC to Athens' fall in 404 BC. Beware: each victory makes the 'other you' stronger, creating brutal dynamic balance. The GMT edition comes with everything a wargamer loves: mounted map, premium counters, redesigned rules and new art. Get ready for hours of intense strategy where your greatest enemy is... yourself.
