Planepita brings the thrill of flicking discs with precision onto a central board that reacts to magnetic touch. Each player gets a set of discs with one side magnetized, and the board is magnetic too, creating an attraction‑and‑rest dynamic that demands timing and care. When a disc lands in the center, the player decides whether to leave it face‑up, revealing the disc’s “eye,” or flip it face‑down, tightening its grip on the board. That choice directly affects value: face‑up discs are worth more, but they’re vulnerable to being knocked off by neutral pieces that share the same ring. Once all players have flicked, any face‑up disc in the same ring as a neutral piece is removed, leaving only secure discs or empty slots. Then, for each ring, participants tally the value of the discs that remain; whoever has the highest value in that ring earns points for that round. The game unfolds over four short rounds, each following the same flick‑and‑flip‑remove cycle, and the winner is the one who accumulates the most points at the end. Planepita blends physical dexterity with positioning strategy, forcing players to weigh whether to risk a visible disc or lock in a lower value. The “Area Majority / Influence” mechanic makes the relative placement of discs determine who dominates each ring, while “Flicking” keeps the action fast and fun. The final score is a duel of precision and tactics, where attention to every detail can swing the board in seconds. For players who enjoy games that demand quick reactions and real‑time decisions, Planepita offers a light but intense experience as discs pile up in the inner rings.
