About the game
What you do in a play session
Quiet Quitting is a hilarious card game where you pretend to work while doing everything to avoid actual labor. Each player starts with five flimsy excuse cards, and the goal is to be the last 'employee' standing — aka the one with the least accumulated work hours. The manager (yep, there’s a manager) secretly assigns tasks, and you can either accept them (and rack up hours) or play an excuse card to pass the buck. But watch out: hitting 40 hours means you’re fired! The excuse cards are the heart of the game, ranging from 'My cat needs a vet visit' to 'I need a walk to brainstorm' — all perfect for sabotaging coworkers. There’s an alternate mode where the first to hit 40 hours loses, and the player with the fewest hours wins — great for a less cutthroat experience. Expect laughter, betrayal, and that sweet schadenfreude when someone gets 'terminated.'
