It's time to face the enemy Jarls in Raiders of the North Sea: Fields of Fame! This expansion adds an extra kick for those who have already mastered the base game, introducing the possibility of playing with up to 5 Viking warriors hungry for glory. Now, besides raiding settlements, you can go straight to the battlefield to confront rival chieftains. But hey, don't expect it to be a walk in the park: facing a Jarl will cost you some injuries, so it's good to have that warrior spirit that doesn't fear pain.
Fields of Fame introduces a new township board, bringing new opportunities and challenges, as well as enemy Jarl tokens and cards to make battles more epic. The set collection and hand management mechanics remain sharp, but now with the goal of overcoming your opponents in combat and accumulating fame. New townsfolk also arrive to provide that extra boost to your expeditions.
