About the game

What you do in a play session

Get ready for a tabletop curling competition that will test your aim and nerves! In Rebound, each player (or team) controls a set of four colored 'pucks', trying their luck on a lane full of obstacles. The idea is simple: shoot your discs, one at a time, so they bounce off the rubber bands and land in the scoring zones. Each zone is worth a different number of points (10, 20, 50, or 100), but be careful not to send the disc straight into the 'Pit', where it scores nothing at all.

The twist here is that you're not alone on the lane. Your opponents are also playing their discs, and you can use your shots to hit and displace their discs, a tactic worthy of a game of billiards. Strategy is key: is it worth going for a high score or risking a 'strike' to disrupt the opponent? Scores are only tallied at the end of each round, and the first to reach 500 points takes the glory. It's a fast-paced game, with matches lasting about 10 minutes, perfect for those who enjoy something lighter with a touch of luck and physical skill. A newer version brings some novelties, such as new puck colors and extended scoring zones, but the essence of fun and direct competition remains the same.
