Recicle Card Game is a fast‑paced card game that puts sustainability front and center. Instead of rolling dice or moving pieces, you and your fellow players manipulate cards that represent different recyclable materials—glass, plastic, paper, and metal—and the products that contain them. Each game consists of just four quick rounds, making it perfect for anyone looking for a short but still strategic experience.
On your turn you draw a card and add it to your hand, choosing which product to consume. Then you discard another card onto the central row, building a line of discarded items. When every player has discarded two products, it’s time to recycle: each player pulls two cards from either end of the row and places them face‑up in front of them. These are the “recycled product” cards that will count for points at the end.
The twist lies in the “investment” cards. At the end of each round, every player secretly plays a card that indicates a color and a product type. These investments multiply the value of the recycled products you already hold. For example, if you have three green cups recycled and invest in green cups, each cup is worth five points. Moreover, each investment card gives two points for every product of the invested type. There is also a “Selective Collection” bonus, where truck cards grant extra points when paired with matching products or investments.
The goal is simple: score more points than the other players. The game blends set‑collection and investment mechanics, encouraging players to think about which materials will pay off over the four rounds. The buy‑and‑discard pace keeps tension high, while the secret investment adds a strategic layer that makes every game feel fresh.
Recicle is ideal for 2‑4 players and takes about 10‑15 minutes to play. The learning curve is shallow, but the depth comes from deciding which cards to draw, which to discard,–and where to place your investments. If you enjoy quick games that still demand tactical choices, Recicle Card Game will surprise you with its eco‑friendly theme and frenetic pace.
