Get ready for a hilarious race with Ribbit (or Schildkrötenrennen, as some know it!), a super-fast card game where the goal is to be the first turtle to gobble up that delicious salad at the end of the board. But don't be fooled, turtles aren't exactly Olympic athletes! They love to take a little rest, and the best way to do that is by hopping onto another turtle's back. Who knew a slow reptile could be so strategic?
Each player secretly chooses a color to root for, and the fun begins. You'll use cards from your hand to move the turtles along the track. Some cards move a turtle forward, others backward, and some even let you move the last turtle in line – think of it as a strategic nudge! When a turtle lands on an occupied space, it climbs aboard the turtle already there. And the coolest part: if the turtle being used as a taxi has other friends on top, they all go along for the ride! It's a true pile of turtles racing for the salad. The first to cross the finish line with their chosen color wins. With simple rules and games that last less than 20 minutes, it's perfect for families and anyone who wants a quick dose of strategic fun and a bit of bluffing.
