About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready for a mind-bending duel in Scales of Fate, a strategic two-player game set in the Veiled Fate universe. Here, you're not just guiding one demigod, but two, steering them through their rise and fall. Each round, you'll decide the fate of nine demigods available on the board: will you help them gain favor with the gods or use them to thwart your opponent? Actions range from seeking divine blessings to smiting rivals, and every choice matters. Scoring is based on the position of your two chosen demigods or the distance between them on the scoring track. But beware, your opponent might be backing the same demigods as you, creating an intense game of bluffing and guessing. To spice things up further, after three rounds, you'll have a chance to gain (or lose!) extra points if you correctly guess which demigods your opponent is secretly supporting. It's a true test of disguise and foresight: can you hide your intentions and tip the Scales of Fate in your favor? With minimal text on cards and rules that fit perfectly into a quick 30-minute match, Scales of Fate promises twists and turns and plenty of fun for those who enjoy mental challenges.
