Each player holds a hand of numbered cards and, each round, plays one card simultaneously into one of the four existing rows. Rows must ascend in order, but a card can only be placed if the difference to the last card does not exceed a set limit (usually 10). When a row already contains five cards, the sixth card triggers an "Avalanche": the player who placed it takes all cards in that row, and the sixth card starts a new hill. The ultimate goal is to finish with the lowest total score, as each card carries a penalty value. The game is quick – about 30 minutes – and accommodates 2 to 10 players, making it perfect for parties or casual get‑togethers. Hand Management forces you to think a couple of turns ahead, trying to anticipate where others will drop their cards and avoiding an unwanted avalanche.
