About the game
Star Fluxx rockets the ever‑changing chaos of classic Fluxx into outer space, serving up a goofy crew of brave captains, bumbling engineers and expendable crewmen. Like every Fluxx, it starts with the simple rule "Draw 1, Play 1," but Rule cards flip the script each turn, so the win condition can shift from "have a Captain" to "have a Cute Fuzzy Alien" in a heartbeat. Victory is achieved by satisfying a Goal card, which usually demands a specific set of Keeper cards. Action and Surprise cards help you race toward the Goal or sabotage opponents, while Creeper cards often block a win—or, oddly enough, become required for certain Goals. The deck is packed with space‑themed cards ranging from Small Moons (or Space Stations) to Evil Computers, guaranteeing laughs and constant twists. Supports 2‑6 players, plays in 10‑40 minutes, and has a very low learning curve, though the hefty amount of text means a quick read‑through is advisable. Perfect for groups that love fast, unpredictable games peppered with nerdy sci‑fi humor.
