About the game
Sushi Go Party! is the wild, generous expansion of the classic Sushi Go! — now supporting up to eight players and boasting a ridiculously huge menu. The core loop stays the same: each round, everyone picks a card and passes the rest along. Then you assemble your plate and tally the score. The twist? Instead of a fixed deck, you build the game from a à la carte menu. Want mega-makis? Super sashimi? Endless edamame? There are over twenty delicious options to customize your match — and that massively changes the strategic landscape. Classic combos like rolls, nigiri, and sashimi still score points, but with way more layers to explore. Games run lightning-fast, about 20 minutes each, and fit in a bag for any party, barbecue, or trip. It's light, easy to teach, and gets everyone laughing while tallying points. If you love Sushi Go! but wish it supported more players or had more variety between sessions, this version fixes both at once. It doesn't have heavy strategic depth — that's by design — but it's exactly the kind of game that keeps the table buzzing without anyone needing a rulebook the size of a phone book. Strength: incredible customization and great player count. Limitation: if you crave a deeper or more competitive experience, you might find it a bit thin.
