Tabletop Pathologic

Tabletop Pathologic brings the suffocating atmosphere of the video game Pathologic to the tabletop, seating up to four players in a town on the brink of collapse. Three players become doctors tasked with investigating, healing, and surviving as the city falls into chaos: empty shop shelves, makeshift barricades, and an invisible murderer prowling the streets. The fourth player controls the Sand Plague, a lethal force that stays hidden until it decides to strike, forcing the doctors to risk their own lives and those of their Entwined companions to complete missions. The game blends Area and Point‑to‑Point movement, letting doctors traverse neighborhoods and critical points while the Plague deploys units secretly. Each doctor has Variable Player Powers, giving them unique abilities and creating a mix of cooperation and rivalry, as only one can claim victory in the end. Playtime ranges from 40 to 80 minutes, with a moderate complexity (weight 3/5), suited for fans of horror, medical themes, and asymmetrical experiences.
