About the game
What you do in a play session
The Battle at Kemble's Cascade is a chaotic love letter to classic arcade shoot 'em ups. You pilot a spaceship through a scrolling battlefield, dodging asteroids, grabbing power-ups, and blasting everything in sight — including other players. Your ship's energy is a precious resource: it fuels both movement and shields, so every choice matters. Missions and a 'threat level' system keep tension high, while customizable upgrades make your ship stand out. Expect bullet hell, backstabbing, and the sheer joy of barely surviving against all odds.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers before you buy
Is it playable solo?
Yes! It has solo rules, but the multiplayer chaos is where it shines.
Best player count?
3-5 for maximum (fun) chaos. Solo and 2-player work but lose some charm.
Hard to learn?
Medium weight (2.5/5). Rules feel intuitive if you've played shoot 'em ups, but have depth to master.
Needs translation?
Yes, it's English-only, but fan-made translations exist.
How long per game?
About 75 minutes, but varies with player count and backstabbing levels.
