The Bucket King — Prices

Get ready for a chaotic tumble of buckets and beasts! In The Bucket King, the goal is simple but the execution can be pure mayhem: you need to build a pyramid of colored buckets and prevent your friends from knocking them all down. The game uses a deck of five farm animal colors, with cards numbered 1 to 8. The pacing is frantic: the starting player plays a few cards of one color to create a total and attacks the player to their left. If that player can defend with a higher total of the same color, the attack continues to the next player, creating a snowball effect of increasing values! If someone fails to defend, the bucket pyramid collapses, and that player loses pieces. The brilliant twist here is that if you match the attacking value exactly, the direction of play reverses, which can completely flip the table. It's a highly strategic hand management game, as you must decide which colors to place at the top of your pyramid (keep your weakest colors there!) and when to save cards to avoid being caught off guard. While it might seem luck-driven due to the cards, experienced players quickly realize that knowing when to strike or defend is what separates the king from the disaster. The game ends when a set number of players lose all their buckets, and the one left with the most buckets wins!
