About the game
Imagine being trapped in an alien space station called The Hive, where your only purpose is to serve as a source of genetic material for bizarre experiments. In The Daedalus Sentence, you and your companions are prisoners of the Loctae, a ruthless race that keeps you in regenerative pods to ensure an infinite supply of organs. But luck has changed: a meteor struck the station, damaged the AI, and created a chance for escape. Now, there is only one goal: navigate through four rotating rings and find the exit before the guards or mutant creatures catch you.

The standout feature is the dynamic board. The game uses four rotating rings that shift the entire layout of the prison every round. You start in the center and must spend your precious action points to explore, flipping tiles to discover if the next step is a safe path or a deadly trap. Be careful: exploring might grant you useful items or awaken enemies that will hunt the group.

What makes the experience truly strategic is the 'Theseus Device.' Unlike other games where chaos is completely unpredictable, here you can glimpse the future. Through dice rolls and cards, you can see which rings will rotate and which enemies will act in the upcoming rounds. This allows you to plan your route ahead of time, but don't be fooled: the game offers various difficulty levels that you can mix and match to crank up the tension. For highly experienced groups, you can even play a one-versus-all mode, where one player controls the labyrinth and its minions itself. It's a frantic race against time and the very environment around you!
