The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is a cooperative game that throws you into the epic adventure of Bilbo Baggins and his 13 dwarves. You'll face trolls, goblins, and other dangers as you traverse lonely lands and misty mountains. The game features two boards, each more challenging than the last, and the goal is to survive and prepare for the dangers ahead. Your accumulated points at the end show how well your group did. It can be played solo or with up to 4 friends, and the game has very little text, making it easy to learn. If you love Tolkien's universe or want a cooperative game with dice and hand management, this is a solid choice.
