If you already enjoy the vibe of suspicion and bluffing in The Resistance, get ready to spice things up even more with Hidden Agenda! This expansion brings three brand-new modules to keep everyone on their toes. The Assassin Module brings the coolest roles from The Resistance: Avalon to the table, but with a fresh look to fit the original universe. Think new ways to spy and be spied on! The Defector Module comes with two variations that will drive you crazy: in one, defectors can switch sides mid-game, making you question even your best friend. In the other, the two defectors know each other from the start, turning every accusation into a true social minefield. And to top it all off, the Trapper Module adds an extra member to each mission team. This person doesn't go on the mission, but the leader keeps an eye on them to try and identify the spy. The tension ramps up because you never know if the leader is watching the spy or a loyal agent, and spies need to be careful not to give themselves away! With these additions, Hidden Agenda guarantees more twists, more paranoia, and, of course, much more fun for your games of The Resistance. It's the kind of expansion that makes you want to play again and again just to see everyone's shocked faces!

Do I need the base game The Resistance to play with Hidden Agenda?
Yes, absolutely! Hidden Agenda is an expansion, so you need the base game The Resistance to use these new modules and cards.
How many players does this expansion support?
The expansion maintains the player count of the base game, which is 5 to 10 players. It's designed for larger groups to enjoy even more!
Does the game complexity increase a lot with these new modules?
Yes, a bit. The modules add new layers of strategy and suspicion, which can make the game slightly more complex, but nothing too daunting for those already familiar with The Resistance.
What are the modules included in this expansion?
There are three modules: Assassin (with roles from Avalon), Defector (with two variants), and Trapper (with an extra observer in missions).
Does the game time change with the expansion?
It generally doesn't change much. Games should still be around 30 minutes, but the intensity and fun can increase significantly!
Is it easy to learn how to play with the new modules?
For those already familiar with The Resistance, learning the new modules is quite straightforward. The rules are additional, but the core gameplay remains the same.
