Get ready for a spine-chilling pirate adventure with Tiny Epic Pirates: Curse of Amdiak! Rumors are spreading across the islands not just of storms, but of something far more sinister: dead pirates returning to life, sailing an ominous ghost ship helmed by the legendary Amdiak. This expansion brings a flood of new elements to your base game, including the dreaded cursed gold, which you'll want to steal from the ghost ship and even from unsuspecting fellow pirates. But beware, because the ghost ship itself will be hot on your heels, and if it catches you, your captain might end up cursed and you'll lose all your hard-earned gold. But it's not all doom and gloom! A cursed captain can recruit a skeleton crew to mindlessly obey their wicked commands, adding a very interesting tactical layer. Your goal is to collect this cursed gold to trade it for ancient relics that, legend has it, hold Amdiak's ashes. Bury these relics and break the curse once and for all! The game also introduces haunted map cards and more elements that will transform your high-seas voyages into an unforgettable experience full of supernatural dangers. It's time to prove you're the bravest (or craziest) pirate on the seven seas!

Is Tiny Epic Pirates: Curse of Amdiak a standalone game or an expansion?
It's an expansion! You'll need the Tiny Epic Pirates base game to enjoy all the new features and dangers that Curse of Amdiak brings to the high seas.
What's the player count and average playtime?
The expansion maintains the base game's player count of 1 to 4 pirates. Playtime is also similar, ranging between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on player experience.
What new elements does this expansion add to the game?
It introduces Amdiak's ghost ship, cursed gold, ancient relics, haunted map cards, and the ability to recruit a skeleton crew. All these add new mechanics and objectives to the game.
What is the main objective in Curse of Amdiak?
Your goal is to be the first to bury your three treasures and, crucially, Amdiak's Urn in a Cursed Graveyard, thus breaking the ghost pirate's curse.
Does the expansion increase the complexity of the base game?
Yes, a bit! With the introduction of new rules and elements like the ghost ship and cursed gold, there's more to manage and consider in your strategies, but nothing a clever pirate can't master.
Can this expansion be played solo?
Absolutely! The expansion is fully compatible with the base game's solo mode, allowing you to face the challenges of Amdiak's ghost ship all by yourself.
