Tiny Epic Tactics is that pocket‑sized combat board you can play for 30 to 60 minutes with 1‑4 players, and even the solo‑lover can dive in. With 3‑D terrain and character‑specific powers, it plays through classic area‑control battles and boom‑worthy character combos. Setup is as simple as dragging five maps onto the board, then fighting your way across them as you lay tiles that add depth and real‑world realism to your battles. In the competitive mode you’re fighting for precious victory points earned by taking up control of key locations, capturing enemy heroes, and keeping your own in the fight. In the cooperative version the challenge goes to the ground itself, hunting for treasure inside randomly generated chambers to keep the team alive. The game’s only “bigger” in mind is that you have to keep your heroes in one place for three turns to reap the rewards. A touch of “take‑that” adds drama, but the mechanics are straightforward, making it ideal for players looking for a tiny gem of strategy. If you love medieval flavor or a bite‑size tactical fight, Tiny Epic Tactics offers fun and accessibility in a small, eye‑catching package.

What’s the typical game duration?
Between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on mode and player count. Solo games tend to run a touch longer.
Do I need prior gaming experience to play?
Absolutely not. Rules are short and learning curves are gentle; tutorials and “Watch It Played” videos help a lot.
What components come in the box and what do I do with them?
The box contains five small terrain plates, a green scroll map, and a bottom base that doubles as a gameplay component when set under the other boxes.
How does the cooperative mode work?
It turns the board into an expedition scenario. You explore caves, collect treasures, and keep your heroes alive against waves of enemies.
Is there a recommended minimum number of players?
Between 1–4. For competitive play, 2+ is best, while solo mode gives a complete experience for a single player.
How is scoring handled in competitive play?
Points come from controlling key areas, capturing enemy heroes, and keeping your own team alive.
What heroes are available?
The base set features four hero classes: Fighter, Wizard, Rogue, and Beast, each offering unique movement and combat strengths.
