About the game
What you do in a play session
In Tonari, you’re on the small island of Kuchinoshima, devastated by a storm that left only one fishing boat. 2 to 4 players compete to prove who’s the best fisherman, moving the boat around the hexagonal board and collecting fish. But beware: with 3 or 4 players, your score is added to the player on your right, creating a strategic twist. The game is quick, lasting between 30 and 45 minutes, and combines abstract strategy with a light and engaging theme. Perfect for those who enjoy simple games with interesting decisions.
